ICON ULTRAPRO 2000 ULTRASONIC LEVEL TRANSMITTER | PVDF CHEMICAL SENSOR

The Icon Process Controls UltraPro 2000 is a high-performance, non-contact ultrasonic level transmitter designed for the continuous measurement of liquids in challenging industrial environments. A robust, non-contact ultrasonic level sensor featuring a plug-and-play design, high chemical resistance, and an integrated display for real-time tank level monitoring.

ICON ULTRAPRO 2000 ULTRASONIC LEVEL TRANSMITTER | PVDF CHEMICAL SENSOR

The UltraPro 2000 series utilizes advanced ultrasonic technology to provide maintenance-free level measurement. It is specifically engineered for corrosive environments, featuring an all-plastic (PVDF) wetted construction. The device includes an integrated LCD display that allows for easy field programming without the need for external software. With its “Auto-Intelligence” echo processing, it effectively filters out false reflections caused by agitators or tank walls, delivering a precise 4-20mA signal for seamless integration into PLC and SCADA systems.

PRODUCT USES:

  • Chemical Inventory: Monitoring acids, bases, and sodium hypochlorite in plastic storage tanks.
  • Wastewater Treatment: Level measurement in sumps, lift stations, and chemical dosing skids.
  • Industrial Processes: Tracking fluid levels in plating tanks, scrubbers, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
  • Safety Monitoring: Providing overflow prevention and low-level pump protection in hazardous chemical environments.
