The Comet U8415 is an advanced indoor monitor designed for professional air quality assessment, specifically targeting \(CO_{2}\) levels in various occupied spaces. A standalone, high-precision indoor \(CO_{2}\) monitor featuring an integrated acoustic alarm and visual LED indicators for air quality management.

CO2 monitor – carbon dioxide level detector. Although carbon dioxide is invisible and odourless, increased CO2 content in the room leads to fatigue and decreased mental concentration.

Battery powered device U8415 with external power (optional accessories) is designed to indication of CO2 concentration inside buildings (schools, conference halls, hospitals, offices, cinemas, theaters etc.).

The level of CO2 concentration is indicated by the device using three colors. Changes in the indicated states are also signaled acoustically – by a beep. The signaling method can be set by the user using the COMET Vision software.

The device U8415 is equipped with a maintenance-free and long-term stable NDIR sensor with dual wavelength and multi-point calibration.

  • Green LED flashes – CO2 concentration 0 to 1000 ppm
  • Yellow LED flashes – CO2 concentration 1001 to 1400 ppm
  • Red LED flashes – CO2 concentration 1401 ppm and more

The Comet U8415 is engineered to monitor carbon dioxide concentrations using a maintenance-free NDIR dual-wavelength sensor. The device provides immediate feedback via a multi-color LED and a built-in buzzer when CO2cap C cap O sub 2 𝐶𝑂2  levels exceed pre-set safety thresholds. It is designed for wall mounting and is powered by an external 5V adapter (USB-C), making it a reliable choice for permanent air quality surveillance.
