The Dwyer Series DCT1000 is the industry-standard modular timer controller designed to automate the cleaning cycles of pulse-jet dust collectors and baghouses. A modular, microprocessor-based timer controller for pulse-jet dust collectors, offering “Cleaning-on-Demand” to save energy and extend filter life.

The Series DCT1000 is engineered for maximum flexibility in industrial air filtration. Its modular design allows for 6, 10, or 22 channels on a single board, which can be expanded to 255 channels using “plug-and-play” expander cards. When paired with an optional pressure module, it switches from continuous timing to a high-efficiency “on-demand” mode, pulsing only when the filter pressure drop exceeds a set limit. It features a digital display for easy programming and diagnostics.
