The Series DCTS is a state-of-the-art microprocessor-based controller designed for high-reliability operation. It combines the functionality of a timer board with integrated differential pressure sensing when used with its associated pressure modules. By relying on a single board for both on-demand and continuous cleaning, it reduces system complexity and installation costs. The unit typically features a digital display to show real-time process pressure (in inches of water column) and allow for easy navigation of menu parameters like on-time, off-time, and alarm set-points.

  • Output Channels: Available in 6, 10, or 22 channels; expandable up to 255 channels via slave boards.
  • Power Requirements: 10 to 30 VDC for the DC version.
  • Solenoid Supply: Supports up to 3A maximum per channel.
  • Timing Adjustments:
    • On-Time: 10 msec to 600 msec (in 10 msec steps).
    • Off-Time: 1 second to 255 seconds (in 1 second steps).
  • Temperature Limits: Operating range of -40 to 140°F (-40 to 60°C).
  • Pressure Range: Supports modules for 10 in w.c. or 20 in w.c. with an accuracy of ±1.5% F.S..
