DWYER SERIES BBV-1 3-VALVE BLOCK MANIFORD  | 6000 PSI 316 SS VALVE

The Series BBV-1 is forged from 316 stainless steel bar stock, ensuring exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Its three-valve architecture consists of two isolate valves and one equalizing valve, allowing for the safe removal of instrumentation without process interruption. The manifold features precision-machined hard seats to reduce operating torque and PTFE stem packing for a long, leak-free service life.

PRODUCT USES:

  • Instrumentation Isolation: Safe removal or calibration of industrial pressure gauges and transmitters.
  • Oil & Gas: Critical flow control in refineries and petrochemical processing plants.
  • Power Generation: Reliable service in nuclear power stations and demanding fluid systems.
