The Series DCT1000 is a sophisticated microprocessor-based timer that provides total control over the cleaning cycle of dust collection systems. Its modular design allows for easy expansion using “plug-and-play” channel cards. The unit can operate in a continuous “down-time” cleaning mode or in a high-efficiency “Cleaning-on-Demand” mode when paired with a differential pressure sensor. It features a digital display for real-time monitoring of on-time, off-time, and last-pulse data, ensuring the filter media is cleaned only when necessary to save compressed air and extend filter life.
