FINETEK SCX SERIES | VIBRATING TUNING FORK LEVEL SWITCH FOR SOLIDS

The Series SCX operates on the principle of piezoelectric resonance. Piezoelectric crystals built into the vibration tube cause it to vibrate at a specific frequency. When the probe comes into contact with material, the vibration is dampened, changing the electronic feedback. This change is detected by the solid-state electronics, which then switch the output state to indicate the presence of material. The SCX is specifically engineered for high-density and low-density solid materials, offering a rounded design that prevents medium build-up and a high vibration force that helps shake off attachments.
