SERIES 260S/260H OMEGA 0.260″ BORE DIAMETER THREADED THERMOWELLS

Heavy duty threaded thermowells with a 0.26-inch bore diameter, designed for 1/4 inch diameter elements. Made from rugged carbon steel or stainless steel, featuring tapered shanks and available with 3/4 inch or 1 inch external NPT threads. Standard insertion lengths range from 2.5 to 22.5 inches, suitable for industrial applications requiring durable protection for temperature sensors.

SERIES 260S/260H OMEGA 0.260″ BORE DIAMETER THREADED THERMOWELLS

The Omega 0.260″ Bore Diameter Threaded Thermowells (Series 260S/260H) are industrial-grade protective housings designed to shield temperature sensors—specifically 1/4″ diameter elements—from high pressure, flow, and corrosive environments.

These thermowells are rugged components available in straight or stepdown shank styles. They allow for the removal or replacement of a temperature sensor without needing to drain the process system. They are widely used with bimetal thermometers, #20-gauge thermocouple elements, and unarmored liquid-in-glass test thermometers.

  • Rugged Thermowell for Industrial Use
  • Available in Carbon, Steel and Stainless Steel
  • Standard Insertion Lengths from 2 1/2 to 22 1/2 Inches
  • 3/4 Inch and 1 Inch External NPT Thread
