ROCHESTER FPI MULTI-LEVEL FLOAT SWITCH  | CUSTOM MULTI-POINT TANK SENSOR

The Rochester Sensors FPI Multi-Level Switch (formerly FPI Sensors) is a highly customizable vertical liquid level sensor designed to monitor up to seven independent level points on a single stem.

A custom-engineered, multi-point float switch providing independent level signals (high, low, intermediate) for complex tank management via a single process entry.

ROCHESTER FPI MULTI-LEVEL FLOAT SWITCH  | CUSTOM MULTI-POINT TANK SENSOR

The FPI Multi-Level Switch utilizes advanced magnetic reed technology to provide highly reliable, non-contact switching. By consolidating up to seven actuation points on a single stem, it eliminates the need for multiple tank penetrations. These sensors are custom-built to specific lengths and material requirements, including stainless steel and brass, and are capable of operating in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. Each float can be configured for Normally Open or Normally Closed operation, making it a versatile solution for integrated control systems.

PRODUCT USES:

  • Integrated Tank Management: Providing high-high, high, low, and low-low level alerts for complex automation.
  • Pump Control & Sequencing: Automating pump-up/pump-down cycles with intermediate level monitoring.
  • Generator Day Tanks: Simultaneously monitoring fuel level for refill, low fuel alarm, and emergency overflow.
  • Wastewater Sump Control: Tracking multiple stages of liquid accumulation to trigger secondary pumps or alarms.
