DWYER SERIES 2000 MAGNEHELIC® | LOW DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAGE

The Series 2000 Magnehelic®  is a versatile, industry-standard analog gage that provides quick, high-precision monitoring of low differential air or non-corrosive gas pressures without the need for an external power source.

  • Easy to read gage through undistorted plastic face
  • Patented design provides quick response to pressure changes
  • Durable and rugged housing and high-quality components for long service life
  • Bezel provides flange for flush mounting in panel.
DWYER SERIES 2000 MAGNEHELIC® | LOW DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAGE
The Dwyer Series 2000 Magnehelic® Differential Pressure Gage utilizes a simple, frictionless magnetic movement that translates small pressure changes into precise mechanical readings. Designed with a rugged die-cast aluminum housing and a shatter-resistant acrylic cover, it is rated IP67 for superior protection against dust and moisture. This mechanical gage is immune to shock, vibration, and overpressures, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments. With no manometer fluid to evaporate or freeze, it remains a maintenance-free solution for measuring positive, negative (vacuum), or differential pressures.

PRODUCT USES:

  • Filter Monitoring: Measuring pressure drop across HVAC filters to determine replacement timing.
  • Clean Rooms: Monitoring positive room pressure to prevent contamination.
  • HVAC Systems: Measuring fan and blower pressures, duct pressures, and air velocity when used with a Pitot tube.
  • Process Automation: Monitoring furnace draft and pressure drop across orifice plates.
  • Medical Equipment: Tracking blood and respiratory pressures in specialized healthcare units.
