FINETEK BRC SERIES | DUST COLLECTOR DIAPHRAGM PULSE VALVE

The BRC series utilizes a two-chamber diaphragm design separated by a high-strength diaphragm. When the pilot orifice opens, pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, allowing the higher pressure in the lower chamber to force the diaphragm up. This creates a large air passage that delivers a sudden, high-velocity burst of air into the filter bags to shake off accumulated dust. The design focuses on high flow volume, rapid response times, and low air consumption to ensure effective cleaning without excessive energy use.
