OMEGA LR15 PULSE RADAR LEVEL TRANSMITTER | 26GHz NON-CONTACT SENSOR

The Omega LR15 series utilizes advanced 26 GHz pulse radar technology to track liquid levels with extreme precision. Unlike ultrasonic sensors, its microwave signals are unaffected by surface foam, heavy agitation, vacuum, or high-pressure steam. It features a rugged 316L stainless steel antenna and process mount, making it ideal for corrosive or high-temperature media. With a narrow beam angle and a small 12-inch dead band, it allows for measurement of nearly the entire tank volume, even in vessels with internal obstructions.

PRODUCT USES:

Wastewater Treatment: Monitoring lift stations and aeration tanks where surface foam often causes ultrasonic sensors to fail.
Chemical Storage: Measuring diluted acids, bases, and hazardous chemicals in pressurized tanks.
Bulk Petroleum: Level tracking in above or below-grade storage tanks for fuels and oils.
Industrial Process Tanks: Monitoring neutralizing sumps and process vessels with light agitation or condensation.
