DWYER ULTRA-MAG EXPLOSION-PROOF DIAPHRAGN LEVEL SWITCH – BULK SOLID SENSOR

The Series Ultra-Mag™ level switch is engineered for high-reliability monitoring of powder and dry bulk solids. It features a unique, patented magnetic linkage that completely isolates the electrical snap-switch from the material being measured, significantly reducing maintenance and preventing contamination. The switch actuates when the weight of the material presses against the diaphragm, moving an internal magnet to trip the electrical circuit. Its flush-mount design eliminates probes or paddles that could break off, making it ideal for heavy or abrasive products.
