OBS SERIES

The OBS Series refers to a comprehensive line of corrosion-resistant, plastic-bodied pressure measurement instruments manufactured by Icon Process Controls. These products are designed for use in harsh chemical environments and include various analog and digital models.

Key Features of the OBS Series

Corrosion Resistance: The primary feature of the OBS series is its durable, all-plastic construction (available in PVC, PP, and PVDF) with a Teflon® or FPM diaphragm, making it completely resistant to corrosive media.

Factory Pre-Filled: The gauges are factory pre-filled with glycerin (silicone optional), eliminating the need for manual assembly and filling, which saves time and ensures optimal accuracy and performance.

Visual Monitoring: Most models include three movable red, yellow, and green range tabs to act as visual alerts for specific pressure parameters, such as filter or bag change-outs.

Accuracy: Depending on the specific model, the accuracy ranges from \(\pm 1.5\%\) for the standard integral models to an industry-leading \(\pm 0.75\%\) for the high-accuracy models like the OBS-GO.

Integrated Design: Many traditional OBS models feature a unique, one-piece molded design that integrates the gauge and gauge guard (diaphragm seal) into a single unit
