SERIES-DPGA-DPGW – Digital Pressure Gauge for Air/Liquids/Gases – 1% Accuracy, NIST Options
Key features
High accuracy: The gauges have an accuracy of ±1.0% FS, which includes linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability, to ensure reliable measurements.
Simplified operation: A two-button keypad allows users to easily operate the gauge, including an auto-zero function and unit conversion, without navigating a complex menu system.
Selectable engineering units: A selectable unit button provides readings in various recognizable units, simplifying operations for different application needs.
Digital push-button zero: This feature allows users to quickly and easily zero the display, which reduces installation and service time.
Auto shut-off: The gauge features a 20-minute auto shut-off function to conserve battery life. A “LOW BAT” indicator appears on the display when the 9V alkaline battery needs to be replaced.
Durable construction: Both series are housed in a sturdy ABS plastic case. The DPGA series uses a silicone sensor, while the DPGW series uses a 316L stainless steel sensor, both of which are compatible with a range of specified media.
Process connection: A standard 1/4″ male NPT connection simplifies installation.
Optional NIST calibration: For applications that require traceable calibration, NIST calibration is available.
Typical applications
DPGA (Air and compatible gases):
- HVAC systems
- Natural gas appliance-line testing
- Monitoring gas pressure in industrial processes
DPGW (Compatible liquids and gases):
- Monitoring liquid pressure in industrial processes
- General pressure measurement in fluid systems
